Built by engineers who refused to ship average
Devitech started in 2024 with two engineers and one rule: only ship work we're proud to sign. Today we're a remote-first team of 15+ developers and designers across four time zones — and the rule still stands.
Our story
We'd both spent years inside agencies watching the same pattern: junior teams sold as seniors, estimates built to win deals rather than to be met, and codebases clients couldn't maintain after handover. We believed the opposite model could win — senior people, honest scopes, and software built to outlast the engagement.
Two years and 20+ projects later, that bet has compounded. Most of our growth comes from referrals and clients who came back with their next company. We've stayed deliberately lean: every project gets principal-level attention, because there's no junior bench to delegate it to.
